As a UX Strategist, my role is to be the architect of user experiences, the conductor of seamless interactions, and the advocate for the end user in the world of design and technology. I navigate the intricate landscape where user needs, business objectives, and design aesthetics intersect.
My mission is to ensure that every digital product or service we create is not just functional but also delightful to use. I design user interfaces that are both visually appealing and highly usable, meticulously considering everything from layout and navigation to color schemes and typography.Stepping into the leadership role as the Vice Chapter Lead of Product Development, my responsibilities encompass a wide array of crucial tasks. Firstly, I act as the bridge between strategic planning and execution, ensuring that our chapter’s vision is translated into actionable plans.
To enhance efficiency and cohesiveness within our chapter, I work diligently to optimize the adoption of guidelines among our members. Regularly inspecting the effectiveness of our campaigns, I strive to fine-tune our approach and achieve optimal results. Building and nurturing strong relationships is also a significant aspect of my role, as I develop, facilitate, and coordinate communications with our internal team, partners, and esteemed guests.

As a UI/UX designer who delivers user-centered designs for the development teams to implement, keeping in line with the company brand guidelines. I identify users’ needs and provide adequate solutions. I detect improvement opportunities based on users’ needs and goals, as well as business objectives and priorities. I create and maintain a scalable design system. I incorporate feedback to evolve proposed designs and tasks. I illustrate high-quality design ideas using storyboards, site maps, prototypes, and process flow.
I am responsible for the design and application of all the experiences a user has when interacting with digital tools. I provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior. I am part of a team with a forward-looking, international mindset and Agile working practices. I have the opportunity to shape the tech community within and outside the company, through mentoring and knowledge-sharing.During this period of time, I challenged myself to become a product owner. As a product owner, I discover new projects that can solve problems or streamline existing processes using technology. I talk to clients and users to understand their pain points and provide possible solutions. I gain an in-depth understanding of the assigned products, including personas and use cases. I write a PRD (Product Requirements Document) to plan and assemble the development team. I provide vision and direction to the agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project.
I manage the development of the product and ensure that it is on track for delivery. I make sure that the team always has an adequate amount of prepared tasks to work on. I plan and prioritize the product feature backlog and development. I assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure that work focuses on those with the highest value that are aligned with the product strategy.
As a UX designer, I work closely with software engineers to build, iterate, and ship finished designs. I collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to understand requirements, solve problems, and communicate ideas with sketches, user flows, and prototypes. I create prototypes to test and validate ideas with customers and make appropriate product improvements. I conduct usability testing with users to ensure that the designs are user-friendly and effective.
