As the Vice President of Employee Experience and Culture Trainee, my core mission is to nurture and evolve the employee journey within our organization, ensuring that it resonates with and reinforces our overarching company objectives. This role demands a holistic approach to talent management, where my focus spans the entire spectrum of the employee lifecycle—from their initial onboarding to their eventual transition out of the company.

October 2023 – February 2024 • Human Resource Manager

I am now responsible for overseeing the talent management and allocation across the company, making sure it aligns with the company needs.

February 2023 – October 2023 • Public Relation Specialist

I am now responsible for overseeing all outbound communications from Bukit Vista to our partners and employees, including marketing, business development, community, and human resources. I am also tasked with recruiting and onboarding qualified talent for the company.

October 2022 – February 2023 • Public Relation Trainee

As the Face of Bukit Vista, I represent the company to its university partners, conduct inspirational talks, and compose strategic discussions. I also responsible to be the talent hunt in the company, doing outreach campaigns and strategic plans to attract qualified talents. I am also involved in event management to create purposeful and transformational events that positively impact our partners and audience, like BV E-Talk.

May 2021 – August 2021 • Human Resource – Public Relation Intern

I was responsible for developing and executing outreach programs to universities in order to convert them into partnerships. I also managed the selection process for Public Relations candidates and oversee the employee advocacy program. My goal was to attract and hire the best talent for Bukit Vista and to create a positive and supportive work environment for all employees.
