Beyond financial concerns, infrastructure challenges further complicate the market. The heavy rains of 2024 have even exposed structural weaknesses in some properties and public facilities, and further causing delays in construction projects. For instance, Ayu and Tono, who are developing multiple villa units, had to postpone their estimated completion date until the rainy season subsides.
