The space

A stylish private villa with one bedroom and fast wifi is perfect for you who’s on a getaway with your loved one but still has the responsibility to report your work.

ROOM
You will stay in one of our private bedrooms, equipped with an en suite bathroom and AC. This room is around 80m² and has a King-sized bed. The bathroom is also equipped with a hot shower.

WIFI
You’re probably not going to like this, but we will be as honest as possible about WiFi. We don’t have 100% reliable WiFi in Bali even though we have installed WiFi from the best company available. So the wifi speed is as you can see in the picture, but we would say that the WiFi works pretty well 80% of the time.
We hope you can still enjoy your stay by exploring Bali’s nature or just simply chilling in the pool.

SWIMMING POOL
A private swimming pool to refresh after a long hot day exploring Bali is ready for you.
But please note that the pH of the swimming pool increases and decreases drastically in the rainy season, causing the significant growth of aglaonema and other greenery. If you find moss or greens in the pool, believe me we have cleaned and vacuumed it every day, indeed the natural conditions are something we can’t control. So if it happens, just tell the staff and they are ready to clean it up for you.

KITCHENETTE
There is a small kitchenette area for you to use in this accommodation with its dining table. It has a one-burner stove and tableware.

CONSTRUCTION
We apologize for any inconveniences due to a construction taking place within 100-200 meters away from the property. Noises from the construction is to be expected. The construction usually begins at 8 AM-5 PM. We’ll update the information once the construction is completed.
As our way of compensation, we’re open to discuss the best price for you.

ACCESS
Located on the main road but the building is a bit inside so it still feels quiet and peaceful.

PARKING SPOT
There’s a parking space for your vehicles (scooter or car) in front of the villa and protected by a gate.

SCOOTER RENT
Our onsite team can help you with scooter rental. It usually costs around IDR 100K – 150K per day without petrol, including 2 helmets.

We provide 2 bottles of drinking water daily. If you need more, please don’t hesitate to let us know and our staff can help to provide you with more drinking water.

Other details to note

This is a shared villa, and you will get a private room with all the facilities mentioned above.

We would like to inform you although this is a brand-new villa, some details in the villa might not be 100% perfect yet but we always improve by time. The front gate still uses temporary iron sheets. We know this is not hospitable but in the future, we will do a better renovation.

NOT PET-FRIENDLY
We are sorry to inform you that we do not allow pets in this property.

AIRPORT PICK UP SERVICE
We are 35 – 45 minutes from the airport. We can assist you to provide an airport pick up service with the cost at IDR 300K (around USD 21) per car

EARLY CHECK-IN
Basic Rules
Standard Check-in : 14:00 (STRICT)
Standard Check-out : 12:00 (STRICT)

Please do note that you can’t arrive early and leave luggage. If you want to check – in early, please follow our policy below.

Early Check In
Early check-in is subject to the availability of the room, If there’s no other guest in the morning of your check-in day, we may be able to speed up your check-in time with extra charge with the details below:
Early check – in before 14:00 = 25% of the nightly rates
Early check – in before 10:00 = 50% of the nightly rates
Early check – in before 8:00 = 100% of the nightly rates

Please inform us at least 24 hours prior the time you want to do early check in, otherwise we can’t accommdate your early check in.

LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN
We have 24hrs onsite staff. Please inform us of your ETA so that we can help you to do a late-night check-in.

LATE CHECK OUT
Our check-out time is at 12 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and might involve extra charge as well.

AIRBNB POLICY
Airbnb Policy stated that you can’t contact us directly if you haven’t booked yet.

PAYMENT METHOD
We prefer to make a reservation on Airbnb. Airbnb accepts the following payment method: Credit Card & Pay Pal. If you don’t have a credit card, you can apply for an electronic card issued by banks like:
