The space

This house is located in the middle of a vast rice field, therefore there is a balcony in every room to enjoy this amazing view right from your room. This house will only be occupied by your group and not shared with other people, but please still enter the appropriate number of guests for the number of breakfast servings. Included breakfast menu are fried rice or Javanese noodles. If more than 1 night, we provide juice and fruit.

The location of the villa is in the middle of a rice field, so it might be a bit challenging to find at night.

Please be fully aware that this 4 bedrooms house price is for 8 GUESTS. Although it can accommodate up to 12 GUESTS, you will be added with an additional guest fee from the 9th person and the additional fee will be applied per person per night. Children above 5 years old will be counted as adults.

Easy car access from the highway (Jl. Damai/Jl. Palagan) to the villa.

BREAKFAST
Breakfast is included while you book this villa. However, you can discuss it daily with the staff at the villa about the food’s time delivery.

CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT POLICY
You may arrive early, but please be advised, the room won’t be ready until 2 pm though. But you’re welcome to come by and relax. Enjoy the location and hospitality.
Late check-out is subject to availability and there will be a charge if you want to use the room. However, we can offer to hold your luggage by the normal check-out time (12 pm) at the reception area.

TYPE OF HOUSE
The house is private, there will be only the onsite staff, 1 woman that taking care of the house and 1 man outside the house, he’s the security guard. and the pool is located in the backyard so nobody can see to the pool from the outside of the house 🙂

EXTRA BED
We provide an extra bed with an additional extra charge. There are 2 single beds and 1 double bed. The price for an extra bed is included with the breakfast too. 🙂

CAPACITY
This property has 4 bedrooms that can fit up to 8 guests. However, we also provide extra bed (with additional charge). In total, this property can accommodate maximum of 12 guests.

SMOKING POLICY
You’re not allowed to smoke inside the house. But we provide some smoking areas at the pool terrace, front terrace, and also at the balcony.
