The Space

This home is a perfect blend of European and Javanese architecture. It is equipped with 4 bedrooms with AC; and even an extra bedroom that can be used for your driver, fully equipped kitchen too! This home was built to encompass the treasures of Jogjakarta culture, you can easily learn a lot of historical things in Pakualaman Palace, which is only a walking distance from this home.

This special house has 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms use double-sized bed and 2 bedrooms use twin beds), all equipped with cold AC. There’s one more extra bedroom that can be used by your driver. You will also get basic amenities along with it (e.g. towel, soap, shampoo, etc)

There are 2 bathrooms with unique design using traditional clay barrel, but there’s also a shower.

Since we have a large yard, it can be used as a parking space that can accommodate approximately 4 cars.
Located in a residential area of Pakualaman, the atmosphere is very peaceful & quiet

LOCATION
The house is located 300 meters from the entrance of the Pakualaman Palace and 350 meters from Jalan Sultan Agung, the main street of the city center that connects to Alun-alun Utara.

SCOOTER RENT
Yes, sure! Our onsite team can help you with scooter rental. It usually costs around IDR 80K – 100K per day without petrol, including 2 helmets.

CAR RENT
Full day car rental is also available with the cost at IDR 600K (around USD 47) for up to 8 hours, including driver & gasoline. Parking fees, highway fees and entrance fees (if any) are not included. Additional hours is chargeable at IDR 50K (around USD 4) per hour. Car capacity up to 6 guests without luggage.

CHECK-IN POLICY
Please be informed that our check-in time is at 2 PM, however, you are most welcome to arrive at an earlier time, drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for your villa to be ready.

CHECKOUT POLICY
Please be informed that our check-out time is at 12noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and might involve extra charge as well. We might not be able to promise any late check-out service at this point however, you may leave the room and pack your luggage by noon time while our onsite team starts cleaning the room.
