The entire room is yours, private bedroom and the private bathroom. Also, you are most welcome to enjoy our beachfront view while have a relaxing lay back on our chaise longue.

TRANSPORTATION MANAGER
We provide boat tickets from New Sanur Harbour (Jalan Matahari Terbit), pick-up cars on Penida harbor, and even tour arrangements around Nusa Penida. If you are interested to have a snorkeling experience with manta, I do have a team that can help to make it happen 😉
If you are from the main island of Bali and want to go to Nusa Penida Island, you need to take a fast boat approximately 45 – 60 mins.
We have a team of transportation managers that will be assisting you to arrange:

1. The fast boat to departure and returns ticket IDR ± 300K/pax.
2. A fast boat one-way ticket (Bali – Nusa Penida OR Nusa Penida – Bali) is IDR ± 150K/pax.
3. Fast boat schedule from Bali Island (New Sanur Harbour) to Nusa Penida Island:
   • Earliest: 6:30 AM
   • Lastest: 5 PM
4. Pick up and drop off on the Island price depends on the harbor distance to each property it around IDR ± 100-250k.
5. Car for pick up and drop off in the Island has 4 seats.
6. Rent a scooter: 100k – 200k per day.
7. Please be noted that there is a retribution fee at Nusa Penida port: IDR 25K per person

Snorkeling information:

• Manta trip 350K, 3 snorkeling places: 1 spot manta point, 2 others on the north
• North trip 300K, 3 snorkeling places on the north
• The price is included snorkeling equipment, a towel, a guide, lunch, and mineral water.

Public transportation is not available yet here. The simplest way to get around is by renting a motorbike or hiring a car with a driver.

NOISE
Please be advised, there’s construction on going near our property from 8 AM – 4.30 AM. We do really sorry for the noise that makes you uncomfortable.

POTENTIAL MUSIC NOISE
For your information, you may hear some music which may be quite disturbing. Bali is getting a lot of tourists and they want to have a vacation and have fun here. Many bars are starting to have live music until night and possibly also bars near our property. Please note that your rest time may be slightly disturbed by these sounds. Bring your own earplugs if you’re a light sleeper :))

Breakfast for 2 people is included in the price.

HARBOUR PICK-UP
Apparently, we don’t provide a free shuttle from the port to the property. But should it necessary, I can help you to arrange a pick up service so it will make a free-hassle arrival for you.

EARLY CHECK-IN
Please be informed that our check-in time is at 2 PM. However, you are most welcome to arrive at an earlier time if there are no guests before you. 🙂

LATE CHECK-OUT
Please be informed that our check-out time is at 12 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and might involve an extra charge as well. We might not be able to promise any late check-out service at this point however, you may leave the room and pack your luggage by noon time while our onsite team starts cleaning the room.

LATE CHECK-IN
Yes, you can. We will inform you of the location of the villa keys and how to access the villa. Please let us know your arrival time in advance, and more importantly, please take note of the address details that we gave you upon confirming your reservation, it will help you to find the accommodation easily.

SCOOTER RENT
Our onsite team can help you with scooter rental. It usually costs around IDR 80K – 100K per day with fuel costs excluded. You will also get 2 helmets.

VISIT AND CONTACT REGULATION
Airbnb policy stated that we can not do a site visit before the booking is confirmed for safety reasons. The exact address, directions, and details of the property will be given after you book the property.
