The space

This luxurious private estate villa is suitable for family and friends of big gatherings that can accommodate up to 8 people, equipped with full facilities of kitchen, private beach, Wifi, you’ll be sure to have a comfortable stay here; guests love the views and the progression of green to blue as the reef fades to open ocean. You can even drive just 5 minutes to the town!

Make sure to prepare and purchase your essentials and groceries before you arrive, as the villa is located in quite a distant place and the road could be a bit narrow! It can be quite a hassle to move back and forth to buy groceries when you need to cook a meal in this villa.

Fully equipped with coffee machine, juicer, full fridge, freezer, and tool sets. Nearest grocery store is about 5-minute drive, we don’t provide breakfast but you can cook for your own! for MONTHLY RENT: Gallons of water and gas only provided once during check-in.

You’re probably not going to like this, but we will be as honest as possible about WiFi. We don’t have 100% reliable WiFi in Bali especially during the rainy season, even though we have installed from the best company.

The wifi speed is as you can see in the picture, but we would say that the WiFi works around 40% – 80% only at the moment.

Guest access

The villa is all yours during your stay, including the kitchen where you can cook or hire a chef. You can request for special access such as chefs. You will also have a 24-hour security by the villa. Just a 5-minute walk to the private beach.

This villa is accessible by car. You can bring your (SUV, MPV) car here and we provide the parking area. The road to the villa is a bit bumpy because we’re going to a cliffside but it should not matter if you slow a bit down when passing it, if you’re driving with a car it should be safe.

We are only selling this villa as a whole villa. So it’s not possible for you to book only one bedroom. The price also will be the same

DIRECT CONTACT AND LOCATION SHARING
Airbnb policy stated that we can not do a site visit before the booking confirmed for safety reasons. The exact address, direction, and details of the property will be given after you book the property.

PRIVATE CHEF
We do not provide breakfast here, if you want somebody to cook, we got chef here. We also have a chef available upon request with various menu to choose from. The chef service will cost $45 per visit and meal time (exclude groceries). Our chef usually will make 3 course meal for up to 4 guests. The chef can also help you to buy the groceries in advance and submit the bill to you at the end of the service. This service is available on a daily basis, but please let us know if you want to confirm this service.

COOKING IN THE VILLA
At the moment we don’t have a dedicated chef in the villa. The kitchen is equipped with cooking tools and ready if you want to cook yourself. We provide basic cooking ingredients like oil, butter, tomato sauce, etc. We suggest you stop by a supermarket and buy some groceries.

MASSAGE AND SPA SERVICES
Massage at the villa is possible by order. We have the contact of several spa houses in the area.

POOL FENCE AND BABY COTS
We can connect you to a rental company that provides equipment like pool fence, baby cot, and other baby equipment you might need.

BASIC AMENITIES
Yes, we have a hairdryer and basic amenities like towels, soap, and shampoo. We do not provide personal care like toothbrush and paste.

EARLY CHECK-IN, LATE CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT

Please do note that you can’t arrive early and leave luggage. If you want to check – in early, please follow our policy below.

Early Check In
Early check-in is subject to the availability of the room, If there’s no other guest in the morning of your check-in day, we may be able to speed up your check-in time with extra charge with the details below:
Early check – in before 14:00 = 25% of the nightly rates
Early check – in before 10:00 = 50% of the nightly rates
Early check – in before 8:00 = 100% of the nightly rates

Please inform us at least 24 hours prior the time you want to do early check in, otherwise we can’t accommdate your early check in.

We usually won’t be there for late-night check-in, but we will inform onsite staff and security guard that you are coming so they can help check you in. We also offer to arrange a driver for you for easier arrival.

Late check out is subject to availability and there will be a charge if you want to use the villa. Currently, we don’t have the storage room to hold your luggage after check out time. If your flight is late on the check out day, you might want to extend your stay for one more night to have convenient check out time.

SWIMMING IN THE OCEAN
Yes, you can still swim around the beach next to the villa there.

ARRIVAL
Our check-in time is around 2 PM and when you arrive, you can inform the security that you will be staying at villa number #3

AIRPORT PICK-UP SERVICE
We can assist you to provide an airport pick up service with the cost at IDR 325K (around USD 25) per car with driver including gasoline, with a maximum capacity of 5 people + luggage. The driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall by holding signage of your name.

Price can change depending on the season and duration of stay.
