The space

A simple and refreshing room to stay in and get the work done. Peaceful enough to stop you from getting distracted by Canggu’s amazing hip places but still within reach of the best part of the city.

ROOM
You will be staying in one of our private bedrooms, equipped with an en suite bathroom. This room is around 80m² wide and the bed is a King-sized bed. The bathroom is also equipped with hot shower. Your bedroom is already equipped with AC and WIFI. The maximum capacity is 2 guests only and we do not provide extra beds.

DIPPING POOL
Please do note that the pool is not for swimming, but for chilling when the weather gets a little too sunny.

NO KITCHEN AND BREAKFAST
There is no kitchen available for you to use in this accommodation. Breakfast is not included in this booking, but this hidden gem is located in Central Canggu so it will be easy to find nearby restaurants to get breakfast.

We also don’t provide a floating breakfast, but we can help you to order floating breakfast from another party. But please don’t be last minute. Minimum order is D-1.

WIFI
You’re probably not going to like this, but we will be as honest as possible about WiFi. We don’t have 100% reliable WiFi in Bali especially during the rainy season, even though we have installed from the best company.

The WiFi speed is as you can see in the picture, but we would say that the WiFi works around 40% – 80% only at the moment.

CONSTRUCTION
We apologize for the inconvenience since there’s construction going on right next to our villa. The construction usually happens from 7 AM – 7 PM and will approximately finish by June 2023. And we are open to discussing compensation for you due to the disruption to construction that has occurred.

ACCESS

• Located at a quite narrow alley and might a little challenge to find it for the first timer. But you know what, the advantage is you will stay in a quite atmosphere because it’s traffic-noise-free area!

PARKING SPOT

• You can park your scooter inside the property
• We don’t have car parking spot, but you still can park your car at the ROADSIDE (5- 8 minutes walk to the villa)

SCOOTER RENT

• Our onsite team can help you with scooter rental. It usually costs around IDR 80K – 100K per day without petrol, including 2 helmets.

We provide 2 bottles of drinking water daily. If you need more, please don’t hesitate to let us know and our staff can help to provide you with more drinking water.

Other things to note

This is a shared villa, and you will get a private room with all the facilities mentioned above.

EXTRA GUEST/EXTRA BED
We are sorry to inform you that we only accept 2 guests in this accommodation. We also do not provide extra beds for extra guests.

MONTHLY ARRANGEMENT
For monthly stays, we have some services and facilities adjustments. Here are the details.

• Twice a week basic cleaning (sweep & mop)
• Once a week bedsheet and towel renewal
• NO BREAKFAST
• You’re not allowed to bring additional electronic tools, e.g., fan, rice cooker, etc.

PET
Unfortunately pet is not allowed to stay in this property.

AIRPORT PICK UP SERVICE
We are 35 – 45 minutes from the airport. We can assist you to provide an airport pick up service with the cost at IDR 300K (around USD 21) per car

EARLY CHECK-IN
Basic Rules

Standard Check-out : 12:00 (STRICT)

Please do note that you can’t arrive early and leave luggage. If you want to check – in early, please follow our policy below.

Early Check In
Early check-in is subject to the availability of the room, If there’s no other guest in the morning of your check-in day, we may be able to speed up your check-in time with extra charge with the details below:
Early check – in before 14:00 = 25% of the nightly rates
Early check – in before 10:00 = 50% of the nightly rates
Early check – in before 8:00 = 100% of the nightly rates

Please inform us at least 24 hours prior the time you want to do early check in, otherwise we can’t accommdate your early check in.

LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN
We have 24hrs onsite staff. Please inform us of your ETA so that we can help you to do a late-night check-in.

LATE CHECK OUT
Our check-out time is at 12 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and might involve extra charge as well.

PAYMENT METHOD
We prefer to make a reservation on Airbnb. Airbnb accepts the following payment method: Credit Card & Pay Pal. If you don’t have a credit card, you can apply for an electronic card issued by banks like:
