This Canggu villa is an incredible choice for your vacation, suitable for digital nomads and fully equipped with fast Wifi, kitchen, and you can even freely park your vehicles conveniently. Located in central Canggu, you’ll have easy access to nearby restaurants to get breakfast (no breakfast is provided in this property).

We’ll be as honest as possible about WiFi. We don’t have 100% reliable WiFi in Bali even though we have installed WiFi from the best company available. So the WiFi speed as you can see in the picture, but we would say that the WiFi works around 40% – 80% only at the moment. Whereas the 20% you can find a spare by going to the nearest high-speed WiFi cafe around the villa, like Penny Lane, The Avocado Factory, or Santorini Greek Restaurant Canggu.

A private swimming pool with dimensions is less than 4 meters with 1,75 meters deep to refresh after a long hot day exploring Bali is ready for you.
But please note that the pH of the swimming pool increases and decreases drastically in the rainy season, causing a significant growth of Algae and other greenery. If you find moss or greens in the pool, believe me, we have cleaned and vacuumed it every day, indeed the natural conditions are something we can’t control. So if it happens, tell the staff and they are ready to clean it up for you.

★ CONSTRUCTION
We apologize for the noises caused by the ongoing construction on the property. There are 3 constructions happening right now:

• The one at the entrance of the villa that is soon to be an onsite restaurant, that will approximately finish in May 2023.
• Inside one of the villas that will finish at the end of February 2023
• And our neighbor, which unfortunately we don’t know when will they finish.
  Typically, construction starts at 8 AM and lasts until 5 PM. As soon as the construction is complete, we’ll update the information. And we are open to discussing compensation for you due to the disruption to construction that has occurred.

★ ANIMALS
Sometimes there are spiders, dragonflies, geckos, and lizards who want to hang out with guests, especially during the rainy season. They are actually friendly, but if you’re hostile and don’t want to befriend them you can always tell the staff to get rid of them, the staff is there 24 hours. While they’re at it, you can enjoy hundreds of cafe choices in Canggu such as MASON, Crate Cafe, or even Shady Shack. Surfing at Batu Bolong can also be an option, or if you can’t surf, you can sunbathe while watching people surf.

★ WIFI
You’re probably not going to like this, but we will be as honest as possible about WiFi. We don’t have 100% reliable WiFi in Bali especially during the rainy season, even though we have installed from the best company.

The villa is all yours during your stay, including the parking area and the pool.

☑ MONTHLY STAYS: We have some services and facilities adjustments. Here are the details.

• Twice a week basic cleaning (sweep & mop)
• Once a week bedsheet and towel renewal
• NO BREAKFAST, only available for daily rates
• Gallons of water and gas for cooking only provided once in the check-in
• Include electricity bills at maximum 2 million a month.
• NO PET ALLOWED
  ☑ SCOOTER RENT: Our onsite team can help you with scooter rental. It usually costs around IDR 80K – 100K per day without petrol, including 2 helmets.
  ☑ DRINKING WATER: We provide 2 bottles of drinking water daily. If you need more, please don’t hesitate to let us know and our staff can help to provide you with more drinking water.

★ PLEASE NOTE
There’s construction around the area so you might expect noise from it. It usually happens from 9 AM-5 PM. The construction is expected to be finished in July 2023.

AIRPORT PICK UP SERVICE
We are 35 – 45 minutes from the airport. We can assist you to provide an airport pick up service with the cost at IDR 300K (around USD 21) per car

EARLY CHECK-IN
Basic Rules
Standard Check-in : 14:00 (STRICT)
Standard Check-out : 12:00 (STRICT)

Please do note that you can’t arrive early and leave luggage. If you want to check – in early, please follow our policy below.

Early Check In
Early check-in is subject to the availability of the room, If there’s no other guest in the morning of your check-in day, we may be able to speed up your check-in time with extra charge with the details below:
Early check – in before 14:00 = 25% of the nightly rates
Early check – in before 10:00 = 50% of the nightly rates
Early check – in before 8:00 = 100% of the nightly rates

Please inform us at least 24 hours prior the time you want to do early check in, otherwise we can’t accommdate your early check in.

LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN
We have 24hrs onsite staff. Please inform us of your ETA so that we can help you to do a late-night check-in.

For any guests who are arriving with a lot of luggage, please note that this location has a narrow entrance and it is difficult for large vehicles to reverse. Other than that, the place is perfect for a short stay.

LATE CHECK OUT
Our check-out time is at 12 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and might involve extra charge as well.

PAYMENT METHOD
We prefer to make a reservation on Airbnb. Airbnb accepts the following payment method: Credit Card & Pay Pal. If you don’t have a credit card, you can apply for an electronic card issued by banks like:
