What will you do: 

• You’ll develop innovative HR plans to attract, develop, and retain top talent, aligning with Bukit Vista’s mission and long-term goals.
• You’ll lead HR projects on talent acquisition, organizational structure, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and performance management, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• You’ll analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to guide HR policies, address challenges proactively, and improve decision-making.
• You’ll collaborate with department managers on their HR needs, providing advice on people management and team development.
• You’ll manage day-to-day HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and more.
