Work Hours and Off Days

At Bukit Vista, we believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

  • Our working hours is from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m (WITA) daily.
  • Employees are entitled to 1 paid day-off a week. Any day.
    • Simply indicate on your Google Calendar.
    • If you require assistance, refer to Google Calendar.
  • Setting expectations on availability. 
    • During the working hours, we expect you to be reachable through Discord or Slack and respond within the expected time. 
    • Break time is from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. (WITA) by default, however you may adjust according to your needs. 
    • You may declare your unavailability by blocking out your calendar and notify your team via Slack channel, including for early leaves or half days.
    • You can declare do not disturb for work that needs focus.

    • You should always be clear and descriptive about their reason, intention, and expected results when communicating.

What To Wear

At Bukit Vista, we allow casual attire – from t-shirts to jeans to slippers.

However, there may be occasions, specifically business purposes, whereby we require our employees to dress in formal wear. In such instance, this will be communicated to employees in advance and they will be required to dress accordingly.

If you are unsure about something, either inquire before wearing it to work or do not wear it at all. Employees who report to work inappropriately attired will be asked to leave work to change clothes and will be required to use personal time to do so.
