Upon trials, you will need to create account to be able to access tools and resources. Here’s some to-do-list when creating those account.
Display name
This will be displayed almost everyone you interact with different people, make sure that it’s easily recognizable even if there’s another person with similar name in the company. Try to use one of this format:
- First name – Last name
- Call name – Full name
- Call name – Last name
Username
Username usually displayed when someone mentioned you using @ handler on Slack, Trello, Coda, etc.
Email address
We have a standardized email format: name.bukitvista@gmail.com
Avatar
For employees, an avatar will be issued for you. In the meantime, please use recognizable photo.
