- At Bukit Vista, we believe in making democratic-driven decisions. By practicing crowd sourcing, we are able to obtain a large group of ideas and inputs, and hence result in a more effective decision making process. We also share the importance of Stepping On Toes, one of Bukit Vista’s core values.

What exactly is a Socratic method?
- The Socratic method is a form of discussion where idea sharing is encouraged by having a moderator who asks for the opinions of everyone who is listening. By having such an open-ended discussion where anyone can criticize, ask questions or both, both parties gain a deeper understanding of the subject matter.
- This encourages everyone to speak up and share their ideas which in turn can lead into sub discussions or more avenues to explore

Why do we use this?
- The Socratic method fosters the type of culture we want at Bukit Vista- An open culture of transparency, trust, and communication. We value ideas. And innovation can only come from ideas that are communicated.
