One of her most notable MSIB contributions was her involvement in the Astraea Project, aimed at creating a consistent and high-quality guest experience across all properties managed by Bukit Vista. Karina’s implementation of this project introduced standardized processes, including QR codes for booking links, house rules, and reservation signage. Her efforts significantly elevated guest satisfaction and streamlined property management, creating a smoother experience for both guests and staff. By establishing clear guidelines and easy access to essential information, Karina’s contributions ensured a more consistent and efficient approach to property operations, leaving a lasting positive impact on Bukit Vista’s service standards. Karina’s dedication extended to crafting contracts, managing new partnerships, and arranging “inspire delight” gifts for guests and partners, fostering deeper relationships and earning many properties the coveted “Guest Favorite” badge on Airbnb.
