On the other hand, the Hosting division provides employees with a close-up view of what it means to be an exceptional host. It’s a unique opportunity to directly engage with guests staying in Bukit Vista-managed properties.

Employees utilize Slack communication to seek real-time guidance and ensure that listed amenities match what’s available on-site. Properties are classified into High Risk, Medium Risk, Low Risk, or No Risk categories, leading to a roadmap for improvements based on a comprehensive quality control checklist. Interactions with property managers foster collaboration, and the entire inspection process is documented through videos and photos. Results are transparently shared, contributing to exceptional guest experiences and the enhancement of property quality.
In this role, I can experience being a guest and put myself in the guest’s shoes to assess property quality. I can also assist property owners in enhancing their property’s quality before receiving complaints from guests. This enables me to have a better understanding of various types of properties and their quality levels.
