Objective

The daily stand-up meeting serves as a platform for achieving multiple objectives, ensuring high technical alignment within the team and facilitating progress towards our goals. These objectives include:

  1. Technical Discussions and Best Practices:
    • Provide a forum for technical discussions, including best practices and common technical mistakes identified during code reviews.
    • Reinforce knowledge sharing and learning opportunities among team members to improve code quality and efficiency.
  2. Introduction of New Technologies:
    • Introduce new technologies, tools, or methodologies to the rest of the team.
    • Foster innovation and exploration by staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  3. Progress and Issue Tracking:
    • Review the progress of tasks and issues tracked in GitHub or other project management tools.
    • Identify and address any overdue issues or blockers hindering progress towards project milestones.

These objectives ensure that our daily stand-up meetings are not only focused on task progress but also on enhancing technical alignment, sharing knowledge, and addressing challenges effectively.
