Sigit Basuki Wibowo, S.T., M.Eng., Ph.D., IPM., the Partnership PIC for DTETI UGM.

During Dinda’s tenure, GAIA was still in the development phase, but it has now evolved into a comprehensive and functional tool, demonstrating Bukit Vista’s dedication to innovation. The discussions also touched upon the dynamic nature of property management at Bukit Vista, including the onboarding of new properties and the offboarding of others. These changes reflect the company’s adaptability and proactive approach in maintaining a robust portfolio.

Collaboration Opportunities with University Partner: DTETI UGM

At 18:20 WIB, Pak Sigit joined the event, marking his first introduction to Bukit Vista. The team provided him with an overview of the company’s mission and its recent expansion into Jogja, highlighting Bukit Vista’s growth and strategic objectives. The conversation then transitioned into discussing potential collaboration opportunities with DTETI UGM. As a university partner, DTETI UGM, represented by Pak Sigit, expressed a keen interest in welcoming collaborations from various sectors, including government, private companies, corporate entities, and startups. This exchange highlighted the continuous improvements and innovations Bukit Vista implements to support its community managers.
