Based on the data from the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning / National Land Agency, we can see which area is eligible for development and construction and land to existing housing based on the pink shade. This highlights that several land areas within Pecatu is fit for development and build further construction or housing projects in the future. 

Furthermore, several areas in Pecatu are still not owned or acquired by developers as shown by the lack of yellow shade below. Developers and contractors are just now beginning to acquire and invest in Pecatu for development, with relatively low competition compared to other areas in Bali.
