Selection process, such as AI for CV screening and trial program was a key focus at our recent Round Table Talk (RTT). I, Utami, a Marketing intern at Bukit Vista, am excited to share the story of a Round Table Talk (RTT) held at our Yogyakarta base on May 10, 2024. Hosted by Furqon, the event engaged several promising candidates from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), including Nabila, Lita, and Silvi, MBA students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, and Edmund, a student from the Property Management and Valuation Vocational School.

Each participant came with specific goals, contributing to the event’s success. The MBA students were eager to learn about our recruitment and selection process, particularly how we use AI for CV screening to ensure scalability and efficiency. Edmund, a Property Management student, expressed interest in research collaboration on property valuation, as outlined in our business plan. This is followed by a Pre Trial Course, designed to familiarize candidates with our company culture and tools, delivered via Google Classroom. This preparatory module includes significant materials to help candidates understand what to expect during the trial program.

The final stage is the 4-Days Trial Program, where candidates get hands-on experience working with Bukit Vista. This immersive experience allows them to understand their potential roles and demonstrate their capabilities. For example, in marketing, candidates are assigned tasks such as editing listings and creating articles.
