The master bedroom features a retractable roof, allowing guests to enjoy the sky and fresh air directly from the room. In a conversation with Mangku’s daughter, Tari, she shared that they also own a Bali vacation villa near Casa Karuna, which has been fully constructed and is expected to be completed by November. According to her, the Ungasan area is on the rise due to its strategic location near popular tourist destinations such as Uluwatu and Pandawa Beach, coupled with rapid infrastructure development and growing investor interest in luxury properties in the area. Jero Mangku has entrusted Bukit Vista to manage his property.
